ACADEMY HEAD COACH
Lead the next generation. Shape the future. We are seeking an experienced foreign expert to lead our U7-U12 foundation phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily training sessions (conducted in English) and manage match-day tactics for U7-U12 squads.
- Design and implement high-standard age-specific training plans based on the Academy's technical guidelines and international youth development standards.
- Maintain player profiles, regularly evaluate player performance, and produce professional individual development reports.
- Mentor Chinese assistant coaches and foster a high-performance, bilingual football environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a UEFA C License (or equivalent) or higher; UEFA B is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of youth coaching experience (familiar with the developmental characteristics of U7-U12 players).
- Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Adaptability to life in China and willingness to travel for tournaments.
