梯队教练 (U7-U12)
职责描述 (Responsibilities)
- 负责U7-U12梯队的日常训练与比赛指挥。
- 根据学院总体技术方针，制定并执行年龄段训练计划。
- 评估球员表现，撰写个人发展报告。
任职要求 (Requirements)
- 持有E级（含）以上级别教练证书。
- 至少半年以上青少年足球执教经验。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
SALARY: ￥6000 - ￥9000 / 月

REF: HEAD-COACH
Head Coach of the Academy
Responsibilities
- Lead daily training sessions (conducted in English) and manage match-day tactics for U7-U12 squads.
- Design and implement high-standard age-specific training plans based on the Academy's technical guidelines and international youth development standards.
- Maintain player profiles, regularly evaluate player performance, and produce professional individual development reports.
Requirements
- Hold a UEFA C License (or equivalent) or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of youth coaching experience (familiar with the developmental characteristics of U7-U12 players).
- Possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
SALARY: ￥18000 - ￥30000 / Month
